| This unit has a large capacity of washing device. Especially recommended for serological, bacteriological clinical laboratories. It operates on a siphonic principle to send a continuous flow of water over and through the pipettes. At a most normal pressure the water is completely changed in cycles of about on minute. Even at reduced pressure this washer operates efficiently. It consists of a stainless steel washing cylinder 22" height x 6" in diameter mounted on a base 10" diameter and a removable pipette holder which is of 51/2" diameter. The holder is completely made of stainless steel with a heavy mesh bottom. The cylinder has a 1/2" inlet with a removable nose nipple fsor attaching to permanent drain, if desired. This unit will accomodate pipettes upto 375 mm in length
