Densitometer is designed according to the principal of direct photometry developed by Grassman and Hanning for the scanning of Chromatograms on paper strips, glass slides etc. It is simple in design and housed in an elegant cabinet, filling an essential need for those using Electrophoresis unit for other similar appliances.
