| Display frequency on 6 digit display, Range of measurement from 1 Hz to 50 MHz. Sensitivity of signal 20 mV r.m.s. from 10 Hz to 1 MHz, increasing to 50 mV r.m.s. as 1 MHz and 50 MHz. Input protection to 550 V (DC + peak AC). Resolution of 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz and 100 Hz for gatings period of 1 seconds, Accuracy better than ±001% 1 least count. Uses Oven controlled crystal from internal clock. Cabinet size of 55 mm (H) x 240 mm (W) x 220 mm (D).
