MAGNETISING AND DEMAGNETISING COIL. (1118 I )
Low voltage suitable for magnetising and demagnetising ordinary magnets, iron bars, strips etc. Comprises of a solenoid wound with insulated copper wire and mounted on a base, complete with switch and 4mm terminals. Solenoid 250mm, long x 35mm, internal dia. Operating Voltage 12V A.C. or D.C. at 6A Magnetising by A.C. or D.C. Demagnetising by A.C. only.

FLOATING RING MAGNETS. (1118 G )
For demonstrating magnetic repulsion. Comprises of five ceramic ring magnets, 32mm external diameter and a wooden rod on a base overall height 150mm. If the magnets are placed on the rod so that they mutually repel, the floating effect is readily apparent.
