These unit are manufactured in two sizes i.e. 500mm and 750mm dia They are suitable for shifting powders, liquids etc. through stainless steel sieve fixed between the filling and discharge hopper. The unit is driven by a vertical motor which products the necessary vibratory motions. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel, and the unit is supplied complete with 1 No stainless steel sieve as per the customer’s requirements. The shifter can also be used for capsule polishing and cleaning.

Rotary Tableting machine is a sixteen stations variable speed drive tablet compressing machine embodying all the latest improvements in precision engineering, lubrication and construction. It is of rigid design, the finish, appearance and accuracy being of the highest standards.

Description : Rotary Tabletting machines is designed to press tablet s upto 25mm diameter, with an output of 200 to 460 tablets per minute and pressure upto 10 tons. The output of the machine is to be regulated with the size of the tablets, the type of the material to be compressed and the pressure to be applied. It is fitted with automatic release mechanism which offers positive protection against excessive pressure, electric operated with 2 H.P. motor with 960 R.P.M. 50 cycles 440 V.A.C. 3 phase nett wt. 950 Kgs. Gross weight 1125 Kgs.

This model of evaporator is supplied with digital control and display in the Bath and specially designed mechanical jack for positioning the glass assembly. All parts are powder coated with apoxy/polyester hybrid, textured, Siemens grey finish.

This model of evaporator is supplied complete with A.C. non-sparking geared drive unit, support stand fitted with Jack arrangement of stainless steel rod for positioning glass assembly, variable speed regulator, thermostatically controlled stainless steel water bath fitted on a Jack, double coiled glass condenser with three opening for vacuum and cooling, pear shape evaporating flask capacity 800 ml. receiver flask capacity one litre with ball joint, feeding tube and vapour path tube, a complete working unit. All parts are powder coated with apoxy/polyster Hybrid, textured, Siemens, grey finish.

The Brookfield Dial reading viscometer is a rugged mechanically. Simple measurement instrument, its calibration spring is uneffected by long use or extreme environmental condition retaining its calibration indefinitely. Reading from the viscometer dial can be directly converted into centipose units (cp) no timing or involved calculations are required. Accurate reproducible viscosity determination with in 1.0% of the range in use can usually be made in less than 30 seconds.

a) ROTAP SIEVE SHAKER (ROTAP MOTORISE): This is heavy machine driven by 1/4 H.P. motor. The circular end to end from motion to give by mechanism which is fully immersed in oil. The tapping motion is given by hammer from the top. The shaker takes 6" to 8" sieves. It is recommended for ISS or BSS test sieves.
