Made from brass/gun metal machine made perfect shapes smooth and polished cavities. Nickel plated various capacities with a number of mould in each set. Capacity 1 gm , 1.5 gms & 2 gms (15.4 grains).

Model KI-2204 specially designed for export is basically similar to model KI-2004 in design and appearance but incorporates more
advanced technology and use of selected alloys for manufacture of individual components as per international standard particularly all its precision components moving parts adjustent and centering screws and also the complete razor holder assembly etc. are fabricated from specific steel alloy to ensure perfect functioning and long life of the equipments. The feed range from I to 50 microns is controlled through latest CAM DRIVE SYSTEM in precise steps of 1 microns each. The microtome razor is manufactured from imported fine grain steel alloy tested for micro-structure and razor is also heat treated to maintain optimum strength and sharpness. Supplied with following standard accessories.

b) SIEVE SHAKER
(GRYTORY MOTORISED): This can accommodate upto 7 sieves of 6" to 8" dia and is driven by 1/4H.,P. electric motor through reduction gear. Every part of the sieve is utilised by contact upward and downward movement. The whole gear mechanism runs in oil bath. Supplied without test sieves suitable for operation on 220V A.C.
