The working is same as our CAT No.KI-2241 but bath size is 9"x6"x8" which is bigger.

Single stroke machine is an ecentric driven press for tablets upto maximum 1/2" diameter. The speed of the machine is 60 to 80 tablets per minute with single punch fitted. It can take up multi-punches as per the diameter of the tablet. Tablets which can be pressed may have round, square, triangular or any other design depending on the Die & Punch

For bacteriological use consisting of a sintered buchner funnel capacity 80ml prosity G-5 with inverted B 29 ground joint and an erlenmeyer flask ground to fit cap. 250 ml.

For storing 3" x I" glass slides individually in vertical position in aluminium grooves. Framework made of 12mm plywood covered with 3mm superior plywood door provided with good quality lock is strongly hinged on brass hinges and is lined from inside with foam to prevent entry of dust. Drawers bottom are fitted with index card frame provided at bottom of the cabinet and fitted with phosphor bronze clip to keep index cards intact.

For 3" x I" glass slides in Horizontal as well as vertical position. Framework made of 15 mm plyboard with top and sides covered with sunmica laminated sheet, Cabinet divided into two compartment, upper compartment consisting of 30 alluminiurn anodised trays, each for 20 slides, arranged in two vertical rows and the lower compartment consisting of 5 drawers each for 200 slides. Provided with glass door with locking arrangement. Printed index cards placed in the extra drawer provided in the base with chromium plated phosphor bronze clip to keep index cards intact.

b) HOT PLATE TYPE : This heater is used to heat soxhlet flasks and it consist of a mild steel housing. Unit of three or six. Three or six hotplates of dia 4 ½ " are mounted on top of the housing and can be operated by individual a) ON/OFF switch b) Rotary switch c) Energy regulator as per requirements. Mild steel housing has two rods with two adjustable cross rods on which the glass apparatus can be fixed. Electrically operated on 220/230 volts AC mains with max. power rating of 900 watts. The apparatus is supplied without glass parts.

Filter press size 8"x6" plates : It is made out S.S. 304 quality fitted with 1/2" size gear pump I HP motor and safety valve mounted on S.S. trolley output 5000L/Hour for syrup type liquids.
