Hot Plate

Body is fabricated out of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in white stoving enamel/powder coated paint with mat finished colour combinations. The hot plate made of cast iron or top is made of highly polished stainless steel sheet precisely machined & smoothed duly finished in heat resistant black paint if firmly mounted on the body. Heavy duty heating elements are securely layed under the plate to operate on 220V AC 50 HZ single phase. Temp is controlled by a three heat rotary switch//energy regulator as per demand.
a) HOT PLATE : (ROUND) SINGLE
Specification as above with 20cm (8”) dia. Moulded top/SS sheet top.
b) HOT PLATE: (ROUND) DOUBLE
As per BDI-75 but with two plates of 20 cm (8”)dia. Having independent pilot lamps & switches.
c) HOT PLATE (Rectangular)
Specification as BDI-75 but plate is rectangular in shape.

Temperature range ambient temp. to 70° C i.e. below the melting point of wax. The temperature is thermostatically controlled. For determination of melting points up to 350° c. The mounted block is illuminated from below by A lamp fixed in its housing. The aluminium block accepts three capillary tubes and mercury ther Mometer . The temperature is regulated by energy regulator fitted to the unit. The lamp provides Uniform and shadows less light, regulator fitted to the unit. Supplies without capillary tubes and Thermometer.

Provided with a common energy regulator to control all units. Individual on-off switches & pilot lamps. To work on 220V AC. Without glass parts.

Useful for estimation of nitrogen contents in substance by digestion in 300 & 500 ml flasks.
Provided with fume duct (optional) made of lead and pair of hangers. Workable on 220V AC
50Hz single phase. Individual on-off switches and one energy controller for all units is provided.

One single mild steel tubular stand is provided with two heating shelves, one above other. A fume duct holder and a heating box are supplied for digestion unit. The heating unit has individual on-off switches. In the upper portion another heating unit with a condenser rack is provided. The unit is workable on 220v AC 50Hz single phase.
