| Meant for studying learned avoidances escape responses. Consists of two chambers, housed in a sound proofed enclosure with a hurdle in between. The floor of the jumping box is a grill. Each compartment can be charged electrically. The intensity of the noxious stimulus is variable. A buzzer serves as the warning stimulus. |
