A Pocket refract meter designed on the principle of total reflection for measuring the refractive index. Built in ocular scale, on inspection, gives direct reading for percentage of sugar density.

c) Range 58-92% in division of 0.2%

Designed on Laurent’s half shade principle for accurate results. Equipped with polarizing unit analyzer precisely graduated scale capable of rotation and divided in single degrees Vernier reading to 1/10 supplied complete with 200mm polarimeter tube, hand magnifier for easy reading of Vernier packed in cabinet.

Latest polarimeter equipped with imported optical components and to accept observation tube up to 220mm length Sensitive and accurate glass scale is divided to read angular degrees and also carries sugar scale in ISS units. The angular sale from 0-360 degrees is sub-divided to 1 degree to enable direct reading to 0.5 degree and by estimation 0.2 degrees .The sugar sale from 30 degrees to to 120 degrees ISS units enable direct reading to. 1 and by estimation, 05 sugar degrees complete with polarimeter tube 200mm in a wooden cabinet.
