Consists of a imported half shade nicol polariser, analyser, 100 mm. diameter circular scale divided in degree 0 - 3600 x 10 and a sugar scale divided - 300 to + 1300 x 10 ISS, a dividend micrometer drum is given to read 0.050 (3 minutes) and 0.10 ISS, the scale is properly illuminated for taking readings, the body is very sturdy and a separate sodium lamp stand is provided. Complete with polarimeter tube, bubble traps at the centre. Without sodium lamp,stand and transformer.
