Shaking Machines

Useful for accelerated mixing of solutions in test tubes, small flasks or centrifugal tubes etc. The housing is 150x150mm. The speed is regulated by a speed control devices. Shorts eccentric strokes motor imparts vigorous agitation to the tubes or flasks. Body is strong and finished in white stoving enamel/powder coated paint with mat finished colour combinations. The equipment is workable on 220V AC 50 Hz Single phase.

Designed for shaking KAHN racks, bottles, flasks or different size by adjusting compartments. Fitted with heavy duty motor to work on 220V, AC 50Hz single phase. The rate of motion is adjustable mechanically by belt tension. Speed is fixed in same models to approximately 275.

Body made out of thick mild steel finished in stoving enamel/powder coated paint. Heavy duty motor of suitable capacities are provided for long duration operations. Fixed speed and variable speed models are offered. Platform is provided with rubber disc or stainless steel clamps to hold flasks. To work on 220V AC 50Hz single phase. The choice available are:-

Recommended for grinding of dry plant samples. Also for a great variety of commercial dry materials. The unit has two stationary steel edges provided in the cast iron chamber. A removable safety glass sheet plate form the face of chamber of permit observation during operation. Willey Mill is fitted on substantial cast iron base. Complete unit supplied with aluminium/cast chamber, polished hoper with cover, wooden plunger, three delivery tubes mounted with sieves cloth mesh no: 20, 40 and 60 mesh. One Allen Key for adjusting blades and 3 Glass jars, brush etc. Electrically operated to work on 220Volts AC.

Vacuum pumps are V Belt driven at 400 rpm and fitted with electric motor mounted on a cast iron base plate. Material of construction is specially chosen (graded cast iron) and all the parts are precisely machined. Micron finished and assembled to close tolerance for high efficiency. Pumps are supplied either single stage or double stage. Single stage pump creates maximum vacuum of 0.01mm Hg. Column and double stage creates 0.001 hg. Suitable to work 220V single phase, 50Hz AC supply.
