| The bridge has got the following main features :
R1 = consists of ratio dial of 1, 10, 100 & 1000 ohms.

R2 = consists of ratio dial of 1, 10, 100 & 1000 ohms.

r1 = consists of 3 dial resistance box of 1 x 10, 10 x 10 & 100 x 10 ohms.

r2 = consists of 3 dial resistance box of 1 x 10, 10 x 10 & 100 x 10 ohms.
|
C2 = consists os single dial capacitance box 0.1 x 10 mfd.
|
C1 = unknown condenser whose value is to be calculated.
|
r1 = is connected in series with C1 to form 3 rd arm ad.
|
| r2 = is connected in series with C2 to form 4th arm ab. |
Terminals for the connection of head phone, unknown condenser and bridge oscillator are provided on the panel.
Supplied without head phone and oscillator. |
